Friendly staff that's helpful and knowledgeable in a store that has competitive pricing. Add to the fact that they have a solid online presence and good working hours for the physical location, and it's a home run. I hate having to do the spring commissioning and routine maintenance, but it helps to have Lighthouse around.

I had a steering cable break on my pontoon here in Iowa. I put in an order on Monday and received the replacement on Thursday. The pricing, even with the shipping, was less than anywhere else that I looked. The item was very well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. Their communication throughout the process was great and I really appreciate the fast and friendly service.

They also deliver parts that exceed $80.00 and will drop it off before you even get to work so its waiting for you at your door! While I wait for my parts they have a tray of Candy I tend to raid and also they have 6 or 7 aisles of other goods for retail buyers who dont have business accounts.

I 100% recommend to anyone who owns any type of Powerboat. But please don't try fixing anything yourself. You only make my job harder when you bring your boat partially submerged to me.

I have rebuilt one and in the process of rebuilding two more marine engines with parts purchased from Lighthouse. They have been great. They are very helpful in getting the right parts, they ship promptly, the parts show up as ordered and their prices are great. I will continue to purchase all my marine engine parts from Lighthouse.

Do not order any parts from these crooks! They do not have a return policy!!!! They sent the wrong part and will not take it back. They also sent cheap after market parts unlike what was shown in the example photo of there add showing the part. Junk!!! When you buy a part for a boat you are trusting that it will be safe for you and your family!!!! Also on the phone they talk to you as is you are some kind of servent to there personal abuse service. Do not order parts from these guys.
